Founded in 2009, Unique Property Group has established a successful residential focused development and investment platform.
Unique Property Group is a developer investor focused on land, planning and the development of residential led projects primarily throughout London and opportunistically elsewhere. We have seen year-on-year success and growth and have a growing pipeline of developments and investments either under construction or in planning.
Our aim is to create unique properties and homes across London and the South that enhance communities and generate positive returns for all.
WHAT WE DO
Development Management
Unique Property Group provides development management services for select professional investors in the residential & mixed-use sector.
We add value through the lifecycle including acquisition, asset management, planning, design, construction, marketing, sales, finance procurement and corporate structuring.
Capital Markets
Unique Property Group has access to significant capital markets and financial resources to facilitate new land acquisitions and developments / investments. A growing global network of investors and capital partners has given us the ability to successfully grow year-on-year.
Land Requirements
Unique Property Group seeks new land opportunities primarily within London zones 2-5 and prime city centres throughout the South.
International Projects
Whilst our business is now focused on London (zones 2-5) and prime Southern City centres, Unique Property Group and its Directors have selectively participated in residential development / investment projects throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and South America. Projects have included boutique luxury residential developments to mega-resorts and branded residential led sport, leisure and hotel resorts in prime City and beach front locations.
