Unique Property Group (UPG) has secured a new development partnership with private clients and has been appointed as Development Manager and Construction Manager/Principal Contractor to originate and deliver a new Build-to-Rent (BTR) project that will be retained for long-term income.

UPG will provide a turnkey delivery solution across the full project lifecycle. This includes establishing the project SPV, sourcing appropriate development finance, and managing the land acquisition process. UPG will then lead the planning strategy, coordinate the design team, and oversee delivery through construction to practical completion.

On completion, UPG will support the transition from development to operation by refinancing the construction facility with an investment loan and setting up the rental management platform to ensure a smooth operational handover. The project will then be transferred to the investment stakeholders for a targeted 5–10 year hold, delivering stable, long-term income.
