A new build residential led mixed use development comprising 266 apartments plus ground floor commercial over part 10, 12 and 15 storeys with sea views over Poole harbour.
Veneti provided a concierge, gym and parking and is centrally located in an area of regeneration moments from the train station and town centre.
UPG acquired the land and arranged finance in partnership with a Jersey professional investor and sold the land with a sufficiently uplifted planning permission. The project was conceived as part of a vision intended to be the catalyst for a major town centre regeneration scheme to provide over 2,000 new homes.
