In December, UPG successfully completed construction at St. James’s Residences in just ~15 months, marking another major milestone for the team and all partners involved in delivering this exceptional scheme.

UPG has completed the land acquisition for a new-build 56-apartment scheme in Hampshire, to be delivered with a UK private finance lender and professional investors targeting long-term rental income.

Sonny Gowans, CEO said "This is our 16th year having established the UPG in 2009. Our CEO has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence for his role as Professional Trainer at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudia Arabia where he continues to teach the CRE Foundations Course for the Graduate Development Programme.
