Habitō update November 2018

Habito has been generating some amazing press coverage…

Featured in The Metro in early November, our Help to Buy offering is proving to be a popular aspect to the scheme. As described by Move To London, Hounslow is one of the more affordable up & coming boroughs in the London area.

Our very own Charlie Winand was quoted citing the huge regeneration of the high street and the new facilities this development is bringing to the area. And it’s all only a few steps away from the Habito development.

The Evening Standard saw Habito as a great example of homes with eco qualities, featuring it both online and in print. Our project architect Darren Rufford was also featured in a great photograph in both features.

Habito has so many great stories to shout about, so do look out for more coverage soon (ranging from ancient finds to our stunning garden sanctuaries).

The Printworks construction update November 2018

With construction nearing completion – due end of 2018 – our top floor show apartment and Mews home are now fully open for viewings. The show apartment, presented by local interior designer Caz Myers is now an inviting, individual space with incredible views over London. Each room, showcased in the stunning recent photography below, benefits from a range of comfortable fixtures and fittings. All designed to enhance the living areas and create a homely, welcoming environment.

In addition, the individual gardens for each of the Mews Houses are looking superb. A truly great space for entertaining or quiet reflection.

With both the show house and show apartment ready, interested parties are welcome to view by appointment with our sales agents.

The Printworks construction update September 2018

With the rear Mews Houses complete, the apartments are following suit with progress well advanced with the feel of the living space now coming to life.

The communal lift is now complete subject to final testing and commissioning which will service the apartments across each of the upper floors, a great USP for the development

The upper floor kitchens have been installed and second fix M&E complete allowing final decorations to commence. The tiling and installation of the sanitaryware within the bathroom and en-suite harmoniously continues the style and desirable specification of the mews houses across each of the apartments.

With this complete, the top floor south facing apartment is now our show apartment during our sales phase to spark the imagination of potential buyers.

The interior of the apartment has been designed and presented by Caz Myers Interior Design, a local to Crouch End putting her personal touch on the space and open living offering. Each apartment offers individual and generous outside balconies / terraces which are furnished with final floor finishes and balustrading.

We opened the doors of the development to the public earlier this month to present the scheme to prospective buyers where we had a great turnout with positive feedback on the scheme. With both the show house and show apartment ready, interested parties are welcome to view by appointment with our sales agents.

The under croft that leads from the pavement to the apartments and rear Mews Houses has also been prepared for final fit out with below ground services and paving complete. The ground floor bike/storage area has taken shape structurally and on completion will be available for use by residents of both the mews houses and apartments.

Progress continues within the apartment block with the fit out sequenced from the top floor down to the lower floors. Fit out materials have been stored on site ready for immediate install such as the kitchens, boilers, tiles and flooring. With first fix M&E in place throughout, the Nobilia kitchens are being installed on the top floor with the bamboo flooring also progressing throughout.

Habito is looking good. Block A is well on the way with the apartment layouts now taking form. The dry lining and plastering are advancing rapidly up to the third floor and windows are due to be installed imminently to allow further advancement of the interiors.

The show apartment due for delivery within weeks ready for our Interior designers to furnish and dress in preparation to launch sales. Block B frame is coming to completion and the whole development is starting to look stunning with amazing views across London from the penthouse floor.

The Printworks Show Home Update

We are delighted to present the completed show house which is now available to view.

Styled with individually chosen furniture, bespoke window treatments, soft furnishings and accessories to deliver the interior vision with effective use of the open plan living space and bedrooms on the upper floor.

We have created the show house to present the unique offering of the development. The specification of the show house will be carried across the entire development, including the apartments that are now entering their final phase of fit out and will be available to view soon.

The show house is now open and the landscaping complete, which creates a separation of the gardens with planters and stylish panels with subtle details finished in olive green that correlates with the cladding. The green walls which sit opposite each Mews House enhance this exclusive enclave and soften the surroundings providing a sense of tranquillity in the outside space.

The finish of the front façade has been enhanced which has been decorated including additional infill cladding panels to improve the character of the already distinct features.

The specification continues from the Mews Houses through to the apartments to include Nobilia kitchens, bamboo flooring / underfloor heating and artisan tiles.

The internal staircase of the apartment block is complete and we are now in the final stages of the apartments fit out to commence with materials, kitchens, sanitary ware and flooring to be transferred onto the upper floors for install.

New Site Acquired!

We are pleased to have completed on a new development opportunity to deliver a scheme of new residential apartments and ground floor commercial in Cricklewood, the up and coming North West London location. Cricklewood forms part of the wider £4.5bn Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration which is amongst the most significant planned new developments in Europe.

This will create a new town centre for employment, homes and improved outside recreational space that will dramatically change the feel and accessibility of the area.

This development will be situated within walking distance of the new Brent Cross West Thameslink station and new public footbridge leading to the station planned to open in 2022. King’s Cross St Pancras will be reachable within 15 minutes and Farringdon (for Crossrail) will be the next station along.

The existing building on the site will be demolished imminently and the construction package will commence shortly after.
