Habitō construction update August 2018

Habitó is progressing well. The kitchens are all installed on the first floor of block A. The show apartment flooring is fitted, the windows are in and look fantastic showing off the amazing space and ceiling heights of the unit.

The bathrooms in the show apartment are installed, and tiling is near completion. The windows for both blocks have arrived and are in the throes being installed in Block A. Block B is looking great with the superstructure complete and ready for the blockwork and brickwork to commence.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Printworks construction update August 2018

The three Mews Houses are now complete finalising this exclusive private enclave. The under croft that leads from the pavement to the apartments and rear Mews Houses has also been prepared for final fit out with below ground services and paving complete. The ground floor bike/storage area has taken shape structurally and on completion will be available for use by residents of both the mews houses and apartments.

Progress continues within the apartment block with the fit out sequenced from the top floor down to the lower floors. Fit out materials have been stored on site ready for immediate install such as the kitchens, boilers, tiles and flooring. With first fix M&E in place throughout, the Nobilia kitchens are being installed on the top floor with the bamboo flooring also progressing throughout.

 

Habitō construction update July 2018

Habito is looking good. Block A is well on the way with the apartment layouts now taking form. The dry lining and plastering are advancing rapidly up to the third floor and windows are due to be installed imminently to allow further advancement of the interiors.

The show apartment due for delivery within weeks ready for our Interior designers to furnish and dress in preparation to launch sales. Block B frame is coming to completion and the whole development is starting to look stunning with amazing views across London from the penthouse floor.

 

The Printworks Show Home Update

We are delighted to present the completed show house which is now available to view.

Styled with individually chosen furniture, bespoke window treatments, soft furnishings and accessories to deliver the interior vision with effective use of the open plan living space and bedrooms on the upper floor.

We have created the show house to present the unique offering of the development. The specification of the show house will be carried across the entire development, including the apartments that are now entering their final phase of fit out and will be available to view soon.

The show house is now open and the landscaping complete, which creates a separation of the gardens with planters and stylish panels with subtle details finished in olive green that correlates with the cladding. The green walls which sit opposite each Mews House enhance this exclusive enclave and soften the surroundings providing a sense of tranquillity in the outside space.

The finish of the front façade has been enhanced which has been decorated including additional infill cladding panels to improve the character of the already distinct features.

The specification continues from the Mews Houses through to the apartments to include Nobilia kitchens, bamboo flooring / underfloor heating and artisan tiles.

The internal staircase of the apartment block is complete and we are now in the final stages of the apartments fit out to commence with materials, kitchens, sanitary ware and flooring to be transferred onto the upper floors for install.

 

New Site Acquired!

We are pleased to have completed on a new development opportunity to deliver a scheme of new residential apartments and ground floor commercial in Cricklewood, the up and coming North West London location. Cricklewood forms part of the wider £4.5bn Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration which is amongst the most significant planned new developments in Europe.

This will create a new town centre for employment, homes and improved outside recreational space that will dramatically change the feel and accessibility of the area.

This development will be situated within walking distance of the new Brent Cross West Thameslink station and new public footbridge leading to the station planned to open in 2022. King’s Cross St Pancras will be reachable within 15 minutes and Farringdon (for Crossrail) will be the next station along.

The existing building on the site will be demolished imminently and the construction package will commence shortly after.

 

Habitō construction update June 2018

Block A

The show apartment is well on the way with a fully integrated Nobilia Kitchen now installed and the engineered wooden flooring has been laid in the living, dinning and kitchen areas. First fix mechanical and electrical is nearing completion.

he MVHR ducting is installed throughout the block. Internal block-work is 90-100% complete on ground, 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor and in progress 4th & 5th floor Metal Framework is complete from Ground to 5th floor except for a few small areas and the scaffold 2nd lift has been erected in all relevant areas.

Block B

Construction is advancing well. The third-floor slab is finished and the third to fourth floor columns and lift core are complete.

Show House Now Open! Scaffolding dismantled and the retained 1920’s façade and extended new build is now visible creating a distinct street scene. Fit out continues within the apartments with the staircase construction, underfloor heating, M&E and plastering being completed.

The final finishes including the artisan tiles, bamboo flooring together with the Nobilia kitchens and furnishings bring the design to life. The landscaping continues with low level brickwork in the same style as the mews houses to create a separation within the gardens and continues the character of the design.

The construction for planters are starting and the erection of a green wall below will create a garden sanctuary outlook for the houses and rear apartments.

 

The Printworks construction update May 2018

With the scaffold dismantled down each side of the building, focus turns to the fit out of the apartments over each of the three upper floors with the internal arrangements starting to create a sense of the space with underfloor heating and mechanical/electrical works now servicing the spaces.

The apartment staircase has been manufactured and the installation has commenced. The rear mews houses now display aspects of the final finish, including the artisan tiles and bamboo flooring.

Each mews house comes equipped with Vaillant boilers amongst other branded white goods and appliances from Bosch. The show house is being completed with interior furnishing fit-out that will allow prospective residents to see the lifestyle on offer.

The soft and hard landscaping of the gardens continues with the beta fence panels delivered and programmed for install which will be finished as an artificial green wall creating a unique outlook from the rear mews houses.
