The journey

We understand that buying your new home can often be a daunting prospect but we are committed to making the journey a simple and memorable one. Upon reserving your new home we provide you with a handy next steps guide and will give you timely reminders of the things you need to take care of along the way.

During the construction period we will keep you updated with the build progress, and when possible you can even pop down to the site to see for yourself. On the day you move in we will familiarise you with all the aspects of your new home, making sure you know everything you need to know to enjoy your home from day one.

Peace of mind

We put a lot of thought into the little details that make your new home a great place to live, with everything being built to last. You get complete peace of mind when you move into your new home as a ten year warranty covers the craftsmanship and materials.

This means we have complied with the highest technical requirements for design, materials and workmanship in new home construction. Our experienced project managers will inspect every stage of the construction of your new home with all the details of your policy being given to you by your solicitor.

THE PROCESS

THE PROCESS

  1. Choose your new home

    Choose your perfect property from our selection of new homes and in most cases you can add your own unique touches with our Be Unique offering that allows you to choose from a range of different finishes.

  2. Pay your reservation deposit

    Now it’s time to secure your property by signing a reservation agreement and paying your holding deposit. Once done you can breath a sigh of relief as your chosen property will be taken off the market.

  3. Instruct your solicitor

    You will need to instruct a solicitor to handle the legal process for you, we have recommended solicitors who have an in-depth knowledge of the specific process for each development, making the whole process much quicker and simpler for you.

  4. Exchange contracts

    You will usually be required to exchange contract within 21 days of reservation. You will need to put down 10 per cent of the purchase price (minus your deposit already paid).

  5. Watch and wait

    Now you can sit back and watch the construction take place. We will send updates during this period to let you know exactly how construction is progressing.

  6. Arrange your mortgage

    Approximately 6 months before completion you need to contact your financial advisor to start your formal mortgage application process.

  7. Welcome to your new home

    When your apartment is ready, you will be sent a completion notice telling you how long you have to
    complete on your purchase, this usually about 2 weeks. You just need to let your mortgage company know and your solicitor will do the rest. On the day of completion you can collect your keys and start to enjoy your new home.
